Section III. Moving/Recruitment/Travel/Official Social Function Guidelines
1. General (See Part 4, Section IIA)
Upon the authorization to hire, the responsible administrator or selection committee will follow all university and board policies and procedures regarding searches and appointments including all Affirmative Action guidelines, and personnel and moving policies.
Copies of all documents, correspondence, letters of appointment, etc. shall be sent to the Affirmative Action Office and the Personnel Department.
Following the final selection, the Personnel and Purchasing Offices shall coordinate the new appointees move to campus on behalf of the University.
