F. Retirement

1. There exists no mandatory retirement date for non-faculty employees except as authorized by Federal and State law.

2. A retiree may receive continued life insurance paid by the University by meeting the rule of eighty (80) - (Years of service plus age.)

3. To receive retirement income benefits, an employee must meet ORP or PERSI requirements.
