Part 3. Services, Functions and Facilities Use
Section IV. Publications
A. University Publications
Departments that produce publications are reminded that one copy of each University publication reproduced for public distribution is to be sent to the University archives (in the library) for permanent, non-circulating retention; two copies are to be sent to the University library for circulating copies; and the Idaho Code requires that twenty copies be turned over to the State library for redistribution by that agency.
The Educational Media Center regularly publishes the university Undergraduate Catalog, Graduate Catalog and a variety of promotional pamphlets, booklets and brochures about the University. Its professional staff members are available on request to provide editing, design, and photographic services to departments that wish assistance in producing their own publications.
The University Relations Office publishes ISU Outlook, a weekly newsletter titled News & Notes, and weekly informational handouts titled Here’s to Your Good Health. Its professional staff will work closely with ISU’s Instructional Media Center and will assist in creative development and distribution of promotional materials.
