B. Maintenance Service

Routine maintenance service should be requested on a maintenance service requisition form, which is available from the Physical Plant and must, upon completion of the form, be signed by the department chairperson. Requests by telephone will not be honored unless they are of an emergency nature. Emergency maintenance should be requested by telephoning directly to the Maintenance and Operations Office. Care should be taken when making telephone requests to give an accurate description and location of the emergency. The Maintenance and Operations Office is open from 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. daily, except Saturdays, Sundays and holidays. For emergencies during the evening hours, weekends and holidays, call the heating plant telephone number 2784, or the Pocatello Police, telephone number 232-1313.
