Before Hitting the Trail Check Your Bike
Wheels...Spin wheels and make sure they are true
Tire Pressure...Adjust the tire pressure for the trail surface
Quick Releases...Make sure htey're tight
Headset...Make sure headset is free of dirt/sand and is not sloppy
Brakes...Brakes should work correctly and pads should be aligned on rim
Pedals...Make sure the spin freely and are secure
Shifters and Derailleurs...Make sure the gears work properly
