Profile

Ms. Gee completed her BS, Nursing at Montana State University; MS, Nursing at Regis University in Leadership in Health Care Systems; and is a Ph.D in Nursing student at New Mexico State University with a anticipated completion date of Spring 2016.

Ms Gee has over 30 years experience in patient care including critical care, leadership, nursing education, and home health. She served on the Shasta County, California Public Health Advisory Board, served as a project consultant for Home Health, and was the Regional Champion for the Institute of Medicine Future of Nursing. In addition, her experiences have included promoting and teaching preventative health care in Maasailand, Kenya. She has 2 publications related to home health automation. Ms. Gee has presented on her area of research, Patient Activation at Sigma Theta Tau International.
