Test of Essential Academic Skills (TEAS)
The TEAS V exam will be administered on the dates indicated below in the computer lab at ISU-Meridian located at 1311 E. Central Drive, Meridian, Idaho. There are only 20 seats available for each test, therefore you must register for the test ahead of time by calling 208-373-1785. We cannot guarantee open testing spots.

The TEAS V exam must be completed by the September 2013 application deadline. You will receive your score immediately upon completion of the test. The TEAS V exam may be taken only once.
This 4-part TEAS V assessment consists of subtests for Reading, Mathematics, Science, and English and Language Usage with a total testing time of three hours and thirty minutes. Study guides are not required, but are available for purchase from www.atitesting.com.
Payment of $55 is required to take the test. You may pay with a check or exact change. We are unable to make change or to take credit card payments. You also need to bring a photo ID to the exam. Please arrive 30 minutes before the TEAS exam begins to allow adequate time for the check-in and payment process. You will need to purchase a $4 parking pass from the ISU-Meridian front office the day you take the test.
If you are outside the Boise-Meridian area, you may contact www.atitesting.com to determine if the TEAS V exam is given in your area. You do not have to take the TEAS exam at ISU-Meridian, but you must select "BSN” as the Program Type when you log in to begin the exam. We do not accept "ADN" scores on the TEAS exam.
