Volunteer opportunities for members of G2, the ISU Math/CS Club

Why Volunteer?

Volunteering is a fun way to get to know others and help your community at the same time. If you do any kind of volunteer work and report your hours to the club, we get points for it that translate to additional funding for more fun and informative events and speakers in the future. Volunteering also helps you in your future -- it looks good on your CV or grad school application and developing a history of volunteerism gives professors more good things to say about you on recommendation letters.

Current Events:

Idaho Condor Club Service Project

The Idaho Condor Humanitarian Club is hosting a *Used Glasses & Medical Supply Drive * Wed Dec 9th & Thurs Dec 10th at a table in the Rendezvous.

We are in desperate need of glasses and medical supplies to distribute to people on our expedition to Peru during Spring Break. This is a great opportunity to use your stash of old glasses and bandages to truly benefit the life of an individual. We will be collecting medical supplies of all types including bandages, gauze, basic medication, sports wraps, braces, etc. (think first aid kit items).

Please drop your glasses and medical supplies at our table in the Rendezvous Dec 9th & 10th or drop them by anytime the rest of this semester at the
/Pre-Health Professions Advising office (Life Sciences, rm 202)./

For any questions about the drive or the club please contact the Idaho Condor Club mailto:kendall@bengalworks.com
