Fee Chart
Some users have fees and some do not.
If your user category has a fee, it will be charged to your ISU campus account.
Some Fee Explanations
Duplicate Article Order Fee
If a duplicate article request is made, the requestor will be billed for our incurred costs,including the copyright fee. (Effective 01/08/2007)
There is a $2.00 charge if an electronic article is NOT picked up and it must be re-ordered.
Access to each document is available for 14 days or for 5 views, whichever happens first. After that the document is automatically deleted from the Library's server and you will no longer be able to access it through this Web delivery process.
If You Have Problems
Contact the Library immediately using the Report a Problem with ILL/Document Delivery Requests form.
If You Do Not View, Save or Print the Document
If this does not happen during the 14-day window, you will have to request the article again. (See Article Reorder Fee above.)
Rush Processing - Articles
A $10.00 per item fee is charged if requested item is received within 3 working days.
Rush Processing - Books
Rush books can only be supplied to some locations.

A $25.00 per book fee is charged which includes FedEx, delivery & rush fee.
