Printing
Print services are available for .10¢ per page on the First and Third Floors within the Library. Computers located on a floor send print jobs to a print station on the same floor, as noted:
| Floor | Print Station |
| First-Reference Area | Near Circulation Desk |
| Third | Counter |
Color printing is presently available at the First Floor print station only.
Wireless Access
Wireless access to the ISU network is available within the Library building. Signal strength will vary according to the location of the user.
Remote Access
Access from outside the ISU network to Library databases is available to the ISU community under most circumstances and depends on an individual's computer and internet service provider, and on publisher licensing restrictions. Users should be aware that firewalls established by other entities, cookies and/or pop-up screens may interfere with such access.

Computer Labs
The university operates Computer Labs on its Pocatello, Idaho Falls, Twin Falls and Meridian campuses. One of these Labs is located on the Oboler Library Second Floor, and stations there are operated on a first come-first served basis. Users must be current faculty, staff or students of ISU and must have a Computer Account to use. Laptops may be checked out from some Labors. More information can be found at Lab Information and FAQ - Student Computer Account Renewal Procedure.
Use of Personal Computers Within the Library
ISU network access is available through personal laptops, although users must be current faculty, staff or students of ISU, must have a Computer Account, and must register their MAC address with IT. More information can be found at FAQ - Register Your Wireless Device.
Use of Library Computers Within the Library
Most of the Library computers are configured for use by current ISU faculty, staff and students only. On these computers, MS Office Standard edition is available. The Library makes a limited number of computers available for use by non-ISU users. All users of Library computers are expected to comply with the provisions of the Oboler Library Computer and Internet Use Policy.
