Library instruction is most effective when students have an actual research assignment and engage in a learning partnership between librarians and teachers. Research and testimonials from peer faculty and librarians show that students synthesize learning concepts into course-based topics more effectively when their course instructors participate in library instruction. To this end, please plan to attend the library instruction session with your class. The Library welcomes such participation.
