eBooks@Adelaide: The Library at the University of Adelaide has collected this collection of texts from ancient times to the twentieth century. Their collection includes philosophy and science and history texts, as well as literature.
Librarians' Internet Index: Collected and annotated by librarians, this site contains a searchable database of high quality Web sites. To find a Web site, browse the available topics or use the search box. The Online Books Page: Developed by the library at the University of Pennsylvania, this online collection contains more than 25,000 e-books. The collection includes fiction, nonfiction, government documents, and more. Perseus Digital Library: Created and maintained by the Department of Classical at Tufts University, this Web site contains the full text of dozens of classical Greek and Roman texts, Renaissance science and humanist texts. Some Greek and Roman texts are only available in their original languages. Project Gutenberg: According to the Librarians' Internet Index, this eBooks Web site has more than 20,000 titles in its library. The majority of these titles are in the public domain. |
