Records and Information Management

The ISU Records and Information Management (RIM) Program provides the primary direction for the administration and maintenance of the records of all academic and administrative units of the University, regardless of location.

This program exists to ensure

By providing information to faculty and staff on records management techniques (how to manage files, how long to keep records, how they should be destroyed), secure storage, and assistance with the transfer of permanent records to University Archives.
