Emergency Floor Plans

In case of emergency, users of the Library should follow these procedures:

  • Leave the Library building immediately, using the nearest exit.
  • Walk — do not run — out of the building.
  • Do not use the elevators.
  • Walk across the street and stay away from the building.

If you are a person with disabilities and require assistance in leaving the building, wait in the designated Area of Rescue. Within the Library, these areas are the elevator landing areas on each floor.
