Where is the course?

• 18-hole miniature golf course
• Six holes on the third floor
• Eight holes on the second floor
• One hole down the back stairwell (Fore!)
• Final three holes end play on the first floor

How do I get in the contest?

• Sign up at the registration table
• Ask the hole monitor to mark your score at each hole
• Low score will be determined after all scorecards are returned at the end of play
• Ties will be settled by a drawing

Sponsor the event--$1,200

Sponsor a Hole -- $250

Scorecard gift -- $50

Score card gift - $50

• Your business card will be added to the scorecard that each golfer will carry around the course.
• If you choose this option, your business card will be on the mini golf website with a link to your business website.
• Your business card will remain on the website until the next year’s tournament is planned.
• A thank you sign with your business card will hang in the library foyer through May 2012.

Sponsoring a hole - $250

• The same benefits as a score card gift – PLUS:
• Decorations for the hole you pick will include, if desired, materials advertising your business.
• A representative of your business may hand out promotional items at the sponsored hole.
• Sponsor’s name will be on signs at the registration table, on the score cards, and on the mini golf website.
• Advertising done after your sponsorship is received will include sponsor/business name.

Sponsoring the event - $1,200

• The same benefits as a score card gift – PLUS:
• The event will be named after sponsor/business, and will appear on banners posted inside and outside the library for publicizing the event, and on all subsequent advertising.

Picking the Hole to sponsor.

• Consult the floor maps below and pick the site you would like.
• Call Sue at 282-2997 and let her know which site you want OR make an appointment to choose the site.
• Let Sue know what you would like to do with your site (decorations, items representing your business, give-aways, etc.)
