- Many Idaho State University library services are available to students, faculty and staff who are not located near the Extended Centers in Boise, Coeur d'Alene, Hailey, Idaho Falls, Lewiston, or Twin Falls.
- Increasing numbers of courses are moving to online with students located everywhere.
- Library distance services are available to currently enrolled distance Idaho State University students, faculty or staff who do NOT attend classes or work on the Pocatello Campus of ISU.

Books for Distance Users - Other Locations
- *Note: Book Policy Change Coming. Soon books will be available for ISU distance graduate students living in any U.S. or Canada location. More information later.
- The Oboler Library in Pocatello does not currently send or deliver books outside of Boise or Idaho Falls, Idaho.
- Non-Boise or Idaho Falls ISU distance students should contact their local public library and request an interlibrary loan for needed books.
- Your area library will arrange to obtain a book loan from another library for you.
