Research Mentoring Program

Dean Linda Hatzenbuehler established the KCHP Research Mentoring Program during fall semester, 2004. Currently Barbara Bain, Professor Emerita, is serving as the coordinator of the program. The goals of the program are as follows:

  1. Assist faculty to increase research/scholarly activity productivity in the KCHP.
  2. Encourage faculty to conduct research/scholarly activity on teaching, administrative and clinical responsibilities.
  3. Develop and implement activities that will support KCHP faculty in their research/scholarly activities efforts.
  4. Conduct research on the effectiveness of the Research Mentoring Program.
