Helen Stroebel
Helen currently manages statewide healthcare quality improvement projects for Qualis Health. In that capacity, she coaches physician offices and hospitals to modify health care processes and adopt health information technology to improve patient outcomes. She is a Registered Nurse and has completed a Master of Public Health from the University of Washington with an emphasis in health data analytic skills. Helen has an Adjunct Research Faculty appointment through the College of Health Sciences at Boise State University. She has conducted health services evaluations and analyses of health policy issues and provided educational presentations to policy makers and health professionals. Previously, Helen coordinated a statewide program of maternal and infant health clinical services. In addition, she has practiced in both inpatient and outpatient health care settings.
