2008 Idaho Conference on Health Care
The Idaho Public Health Association, Inc. (IPHA) and the Idaho State University Kasiska College of Health Professions cordially invite you to participate in the 21st Annual Idaho Conference on Health Care entitled "American Health Care: Facing the Challenges."
IPHA members include those professionals who deliver public health services in the areas of physical, nutritional, dental, preventive, and environmental health. Each year IPHA members, postsecondary students, and health care professionals attend this conference, which focuses on various health care and environmental issues.
This is a large conference, engaging speakers from across the nation. The Idaho Conference on Health Care presents cutting-edge topics and speakers to inform and intrigue you. Topics this year will include nutrition and lifestyle, beating obesity, healthy aging and brain fitness, the plight of the uninsured, substance abuse and functional family therapy. These are a few of the issues to be presented by nationally recognized speakers and health care authorities.
The conference also includes TWO full days for exhibitors on Thursday, October 23 and Friday, October 24. The exhibit area is located in the Pond Student Union Building, upper level (3rd floor) in the lounge and hallways.
