The following servers/services are scheduled for maintenance during the weekly Tuesday Information Technology Services (ITS) maintenance window: 

 

BengalWeb

EPO:  McAfee updates

·         Services that required authentication via LDAP such as Library databases.

 

All Banner Test Systems (Chronos, Rhea, Aphrodite, Apollo (test ODS), Orthia, Poseidon)

 

Breeze (Adobe Connect)

 

Impact:

Each of the listed services will be down for a portion of the maintenance window.

 

BengalWeb will be unavailable for approximately 2 hours while ITS installs updates to the software.

Due to a power upgrade, all other listed services will be unavailable for approximately 4 hours.

Because both Primary and Secondary DNS will be unavailable during this maintenance activity, any device (computer lab PCs, office PCs, laptops, handhelds, etc.) will be unable to access network, Internet and Internet2 sites/services.   This outage is necessary to minimize a service disruption should the primary DNS server become unavailable outside a maintenance window.

Breeze/Adobe Connect will be unavailable from 11:00 pm to midnight in order to archive additional files.
