Information Technology Services (ITS) will be performing a number of maintenance activities during Tuesday’s maintenance window:

11:00 pm Tuesday, August 19 through 6:00 am Wednesday, August 20

Upgrade backup solution from Omniback to Commvault – requires a reboot of several servers.	Impact: The following services will be unavailable for up to an hour during the maintenance window as the servers are rebooted: ADWIN & ADWIN2: departmental supported server based applications – such as Viking and Housing Conference Services WAP:  Bridgit Conferencing, Compass Testing, Class Account software for the ITS Computer Labs, Time & Attendance for ITS, Other ITS lab tools (e.g., software licensing). DOCMAN: Electronic document management EDExpress:  Utilized by Financial Aid to process, package, and manage student financial aid records. Upgrade Helix (Real Player streaming video)	Impact: The upgrade will occur from 11:00 PM to Midnight.  During the upgrade, streaming video from http://isurealserver.isu.edu will be unavailable.
