IT Services Information Technology Services (ITS) will be performing network firewall maintenance outside of the standard maintenance window.  This maintenance is urgent and time-critical and requires more than the seven hours available in a normal maintenance window.

Impact: Each of the following services will be unavailable: · MyCalendar (http://calendar.isu.edu) · MyISU and Faculty/Staff Tools – including direct HP1 access via Minisoft or Reflection · Direct access to HP2 via Minisoft or Reflection · Sidney (primary Domain Name Services / DNS); secondary (backup) DNS services will be available · Primary DHCP; secondary (backup) DHCP services will be available · ADWin & ADWin2 (departmental supported server based applications – such as Viking and Housing Conference Services) · AdminCR (Enrollment Management Server) · DocMan (document management) · Exchange (for IT Staff, President’s Office and cabinet  - including Deans) · InstrRes (Institutional Research Server) · MathSvr (Math Lab Server) · Deacon & Dportal (Data Analysis Tool) · Cerberus (Windows Vista Key Management) · TimeClockPlus (Time Clock Management) · ITS Tools: Nagios, FlowTools, Nessus, CVS, ITS PC Backup, and OneNote While not anticipated, other IT services could be periodically unavailable.
