IT Services: The following services are scheduled for urgent maintenance outside of the normal Information Technology Services (ITS) maintenance windows: HP1 including MyISU and Faculty/Staff Tools

Impact: The HP1 server, the host of MyISU and Faculty/Staff Tools, must have a battery on its disk storage array replaced ASAP.  The battery allows the disk array to maintain its configuration and cache in the event of an emergency power shutdown.  Note:  The battery we replaced on July 10 has failed.  This maintenance replaced this battery.
