IT Services: The following servers/services are scheduled for maintenance during the weekly Tuesday Information Technology Services (ITS) maintenance window:  Windows production and test servers – impacting the following services: · Viking, Counseling & Testing, IF Scheduling, Compass, DocMan, Astra (Registrar Room Scheduling), EMAS, Exchange, Argos, Banner Document Management System (BDMS), Breeze, Vista License server, Altiris workstation backup, EPO, fsaAtlas, TimeClockPlus, Accuzip, Real Server, Facilities (FMWorks). Firewall impacting the following services: · VPN (Bengalgateway) · TigerTracks · Backup Systems.

Impact: We will be pushing several OS updates to the ITS windows servers.  Each server may require a reboot; therefore, the services listed will be unavailable for a short time during the maintenance window. Please plan on the services listed for the firewall to be unavailable for the entire maintenance window.
