IT Services: The following servers/services are scheduled for maintenance during the weekly Tuesday Information Technology Services (ITS) maintenance window:  All production and non-production Banner Databases and services including · BPROD, BPPRD, BTRNG, BSAND, BCONV, BTEST, BTEST2 AND BDONE · BengalWeb – http://bengalweb.isu.edu · Banner Forms Fusion Naxos (MyISU and Faculty/Staff Tools secure server)

Impact: In order to upgrade the firmware on the ERP (Dell Equallogic) storage area network (SAN), all Banner databases and services (including BengalWeb) will be unavailable. Please plan for these services/databases to be unavailable the entire maintenance window. Naxos, the secure front end server for MyISU and Faculty/Staff Tools, will receive a web server upgrade.  HP1, MyISU and Faculty/Staff Tools will be brought down at 11:00 to facilitate this upgrade.
