THE WIRELESS MOBILE LAB WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE AFTER SPRING 2008 SEMESTER

The purpose of the Wireless Mobile Lab is to address the needs of classes needing to have computer access without having to schedule classroom time in an ISU computer lab. This technology has been made available to ISU faculty for Pocatello on-campus classroom activities only*. The Wireless Mobile Lab can be requested for delivery and pickup between the hours of 8:00 am and 5:00 pm, Monday - Friday. Reservations must be submitted no less than one week in advance. Arrangements can be made to keep the Wireless Mobile Lab overnight in the case of evening classes. Specify any special conditions in the comment section. Please review the Wireless Mobile Lab policies and procedures.

Note: A Mobile Wireless Access Point can provide network connectivity in locations with limited wireless connectivity. The Mobile Wireless Access Point must be connected to an ACTIVE network connection (port) using the supplied network cable.

* I understand that my students: a) Must know their LDAP account username and password before using the laptops b) Have purchased a computer account from the ISU Student Help Desk for the current semester The LDAP account uses the same username and password to access ISU email. The ISU Student Help Desk is located in the basement of the Business Administration Building.

Please Note: The Wireless Mobile Lab must be checked out by a faculty/staff member of ISU. This requires a signature and Bengal Card Number upon checkout.
