Quality Matters
Idaho State University is a subscriber to the Quality Matters Program. Quality Matters is a faculty-centered, peer review program designed to certify the quality of online and hybrid courses. The Quality Matters rubric contains 41 specific standards, distributed across eight broad standards.

How to Get Started
Individuals interested in Quality Matters should register for the Applying the Quality Matter Rubric Workshop. For more information, or to schedule a workshop for your department, contact Lisa Kidder: 282-2502 or kiddlisa@isu.edu.
The Applying the Quality Matters Rubric Workshop is an overview of the QM Rubric and the process of peer review. It is a two week completely online course which requires 1-2 hours each weekday. Please register for a workshop when your schedule permits. There is currently a minimal charge of $25 per person for this workshop.
The next Applying the Quality Matters Rubric Workshops are listed below. Workshops must have at least 3 participants and are capped at 20. Registration closes one week before the start date.
