Moodle ISU: Instructor Procedures
1. Course Creation and Faculty Assignments. Login into Moodle ISU
- Moodle ISU courses are created based on courses listed with the registrar. Prior to the beginning of the semester, check course listings in Moodle ISU. (New semester courses with faculty assignments will be generated automically, but those not having faculty assignments will not be listed in your course listing.) Check the ISU Class Schedule or departmental chair for faculty assignments.

- When registration is open for the course, students are automatically enrolled. Student access to Moodle is given the week prior to the start of classes.
- If you are teaching multiple sections of the same course and would like to have a single Moodle ISU course, you will need to request a multi-section (meta) course.

- Faculty are responsible for backing up their own courses using the "Backup" option listed in the Administration block of their course. Instructions are found in the ITRC website under Handouts>Backing Up your Moodle Course.
