Swanson Arch

This Arch was part of Swanson Hall that was built in 1903 and torn down in 1973. In 1973 the Arch was dedicated to the memory of ISU alumni who attended classes in the schools first building and to the efforts and faith of Theodore Swanson, a member of the original board of trustees for the Academy of Idaho. Thousands of students have passed through this entrance that preserves part of Idaho State University's history.
