Minimum criteria for consideration for the international student non-resident tuition fee waiver scholarship awards are competitive and limited.
- Undergraduate Students: Must be a full-time student at ISU and have a minimum cumulative ISU GPA of 3.0 for new students and 2.5 for continuing students who successfully complete 12 credits each semester to be considered.
