The Scholarships for Disadvantaged Students program is designed to provide financial assistance to disadvantaged students in the health professions. The goal of the program is to increase the number of well trained people who are in the health professions workforce, particularly those who serve in health professions shortage areas and those in primary care (physical, mental and dental).

In order to qualify, there are two broad requirements. You can follow the links on the criteria to see if you qualify.

  1. You are enrolled in a qualifying department.
