Multi-Agency Full Team Meeting
Description
Multi-Agency Coordination Training is organized into two sessions. The second session, IEM-502, is a 4 to 6-hour facilitated class for all managers and supervisors of all participating agencies. This class will be immediately followed by an additional four-hour workshop for Executive Committee members, during which they will develop a continuing training program based on the results of the morning session.

As a result of conducting this training in your community:
Delivery
This instructor led course at selected host city with other regional senior officials. Training is delivered by a group of professional Idaho first responders, who hold positions of responsibility in their agencies and who have strong backgrounds in the development and delivery of emergency response training programs, including ICS. This group has already developed and implemented a successful Multi-Agency Coordination program and has seen tremendous benefits in terms of serving the community and morale among agencies.
