TRiO Student Support Services (SSS)
The TRiO Student Support Services (SSS) program at Idaho State University is a retention- oriented program that helps 250 eligible students stay in college until they earn their baccalaureate degrees. Advisors/counselors are available to help students achieve their career and educational objectives. Individual student’s strengths and weaknesses are determined and a comprehensive educational and personal plan is then implemented to ensure greater success.
SSS comes to Idaho Falls every Tuesday. Their hours are 9am-4pm. Please call the Pocatello Office to make an appointment in Idaho Falls. 208-282-3242. Their services include:
- Tutoring
- supplemental instruction
- class scheduling assistance
- career, financial, and personal counseling
- financial aid and graduate school workshops
- TRiO First-Year Seminar class
- Computer literacy class
