Dental Benefits Enhanced
No Increase in Premiums

Effective July 1, 2006, ISU employees and their dependents will see an enhancement to their dental plan.

ISU employees now have an opportunity to obtain care from a Delta PPO participating provider, qualifying them for enhanced benefits. If employees receive services from a Delta Premier participating provider, their claims will be paid as they have been previously. For an outline of Dental PPO benefits click here. There is no increase in monthly dental premiums.

To see if your dental professional is a Delta PPO Provider, go to Delta's website here and click on Dentist Search. You may also call the Boise Delta Dental customer service center: (208) 489-3580 or toll free: 1-888-333-3582.

There are no enrollment forms to complete. Your benefit payment will be determined by your dentist's participating provider status at the time your claim is incurred.
