Position: Visiting Assistant Professor of Microbiology
Department of Biological Sciences; Full-time; non-tenure-track; 9-month contract starting August 2008. This position is for 1 year with the possibility of renewal up to a maximum of 3 years.
Responsibilities
Teaching responsibilities include a minimum of 2 courses per semester, in introductory/general microbiology, microbial genetics, biochemistry, molecular biology and related laboratories.
Minimum Qualifications
Ph.D. in a relevant area; post-doctoral experience is preferred.
