Position: Advisor/Recruiter, Upward Bound, TRiO Student Services (updated qualifications 02/20/2008)
Non-Classified; Full-time; 12-month position.
Responsibilities
Identify eligible program participants; report and document demographics of target schools, program enrollment, students contacts, matriculation, and other program activities; assist in coordination and supervision of summer residential and academic year components. Coordinate USDA Summer Food program, assist with the development and delivery of academic, career, and postsecondary workshops for enrolled participants.
Minimum Qualifications
Baccalaureate Degree in Education, Human Development, or Social Work. Experience with target population, low-income, first-generation high school students. Knowledge of Idaho Graduation requirements, ISAT testing, and Idaho postsecondary admission requirements.
Preferred Qualifications
Master's Degree in Education or related areas. Experience in working with TRiO programs.
Salary
$33,000 to $35,000; competitive benefits package.
