Position: Resources Center Coordinator
General Education Department; 10-month appointment; Non-Tenure Track starting October 2009. The role of the General Education department is to prepare students with foundational skills necessary to increase academic success in technology programs of study.
Responsibilities
Hire, supervise, and direct tutors in support of students enrolled in College of Technology programs. Instruct beginning computer classes fall and spring semesters; evaluate effectiveness of tutoring program; manage computer lab and teach computer software workshops for faculty, staff and students; write and administer grants for tutoring funding; participate in College and University committees.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in adult education or relevant field; proficient in computer use and software, including: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and instructional software; must have the ability to attain the Idaho Professional Technical Education Credentials.
