Position: Assistant/Associate Professor, Sport Science & Physical Education
College of Education; Full-time; 9-month appointment located in Boise starting academic year 2008.

Responsibilities
Successful candidate will teach in the areas of Physical education that may include: undergraduate courses in the physical education program; teaching graduate-level courses in the MPE/Athletic Administration program; and obtaining graduate faculty status within 1 to 2 years of hire.
Minimum Qualifications
Doctorate required (ABD accepted with completion date identified) for tenure track position. Related teaching experience at the graduate level desired. Must have a broad knowledge base of Physical Education, ability to teach in the Master of Physical Education/Athletic Administration, and a specialty area is desired. Applicant must be willing to participate in delivery of instruction on-campus, off-campus, through direct instruction, televised distance learning, and online courses.
