Financial Support Assistant
Incumbents provide specialized financial record keeping, maintenance, review, verification; provides support to office staff; May perform reconciling, balancing, proofing, verifiying and making debit and credit card entires; Research accounting systems and records to identify and correct errors in financial transactions. Computer skills are used to enter, retrieve, and edit financial data and prepare work/spread sheets and other documents. Some knowledge of financial record keeping methods and computer skills are required. Office duties may include: taking minutes at meetings, organizing office, filing, copying and answering phones.
Pay range: Min $7.25 - $9.77 hr
