Leadership Development Program
Idaho State University's Office of Human Resources is proud to announce our new Leadership Development Program starting this fall. This program is designed to provide professional development to emerging and experienced leaders at Idaho State University by providing the tools, knowledge, and skills critical to becoming a strategic leader, and assisting leaders in the effective application and use of policies, procedures, resources and services. Participants will build collaborative networks to share ideas, problem-solve, build relationships and offer support for one another. They will build competencies to provide and receive constructive feedback while cultivating an understanding of the nature of organizational change.
This program will start in September 2011. It consists of 15 separate modules designed specifically for ISU leaders. We will offer each module twice throughout the year for ease of scheduling, with sessions in the fall on Wednesday from 10-12 and spring, Thursdays from 1-3. Attendees can pick which one will work best with their schedule. All sessions will be in the PSUB North Fork. Each participant must take all modules, and upon completion of the program, will receive a certificate of completion and participate in a graduation ceremony.
