Acceptable Formats: MS Word, Adobe PDF, JPG or JPEG Images, GIF (Compuserve Bitmap) Images
Missing Pictures And Graphic Image Files
When submitting documents for inclusion in the Idea Bank please make sure all files are included. You can test your submission by emailing it to yourself as an e-mail attachment. When you receive the message, view the attached file checking for missing images, diagrams, and photos. If you find missing images, go back to your word processor and include the missing file. Check your word processors help files for information on how to change the settings so that images used in your document are stored with your document in a single file.
Related Files
Related files are often apart of a lesson plan, template, or activity. When your submission to the Idea Bank contains a related file (Power Point Presentation, Graphic Image File, or a a related document) please include them with your submission. Sending multiple email attachments is OK.
If the files are very large you may need to send each part in a separate email. If your submission needs more than a single email please identify each email by adding "Idea Bank Part # of #". For example if you are submitting a lesson plan that requires two separate emails, put "Idea Bank part 1 of 2" in the first subject line. In the second subject line put "Idea Bank part 2 of 2". This will allow us to identify which pieces of your submission belong together.
