Ridge Crest is our popular two-bedroom townhouses located on Bartz Way. Ridge Crest, designed for family housing, is a two bedroom, 1 1/2 bath unfurnished townhouse, with washer/dryer hookups in each unit. As with all university apartments, Ridge Crest comes with a stove and refrigerator, and has a community coin operated laundry facility. Ridge Crest has on-sight mail delivery, locking front courtyard, attached storage, a children's playground located in a central location to all units, public school bus service, and parking for one vehicle. Ridge Crest offers units designed to accommodate special needs. Smaller commuter meal plans are available that can supplement a daily dining schedule for busy students and their families.
