I love being a member of the Honors Program because the professors make the classes interesting as well as enriching. The professors and staff not only want you to learn the material but they also want you to succeed and will do anything to help you whether it's with advising or choosing a major. Through the program I have made life long friends and connections. It has truly been a great experience!

Due to the small class sizes I was able to become very close with everyone in my classes. You make the journey together of your first step into a brand new experience and as you go you make close relationships with not only your fellow students but the professors as well. They truly make your experience even better because they work so hard to make sure you have all the tools you need to further your college education. Not only did you get to meet great people but you get awesome scholarship opportunities and priority registration. It was nice to know that you never had to worry about not getting into a class because you were always the first one registering for it. Being in the Honors Program at ISU is an experience Iím so thankful for and am so happy I am part of such an awesome organization.

I enjoy the University Honors Program because it gives me chances to work one on one with Professors in classes that I am interested in, and a chance to write a Thesis as an undergraduate.

I have loved being a part of the Honors Program.  The classes that I have taken in the Honors Program are my favorite classes.  It is so nice to be in a small class where you can get one-on-one help from the teacher.  The teachers in the Honors Program really do care about you and strive to help you do the best you can.  Another aspect that I like about the Honors classes is that you know most everyone in them.  With the Honors Program, the first year is spent taking a majority of your classes with the same group of people.  This really helps you get to know people and develop relationships.   The Honors Program also has provided me with many scholarship opportunities that I greatly appreciate. I am so glad that I choose to be a part of such a great organization.
