Service & Fees
Full family medicine services. Standard physician office fees. Psychology, nutrition and diabetic education, HIV clinic and cleft palate clinic.
Payment Information
Standard medical office billing. All insurance, Medicare, Medicaid and uninsured patients are accepted.
Facilities, Equipment and Technology
One operating room, 17 exam rooms, ultrasound, colposcopy, LEEP, sigmoidoscopy, cryosurgery, medical office lab.
