ISU Dental Hygiene has transfer equivalencies with Idaho and surrounding states' colleges and universities for non ISU students to easily transfer.

The clinic is located directly across from the campus library. Parking for patrons is available in the parking lot in front of the Administration building located on 8th Avenue.
Hours
Clinical Sessions begin in September and continue through the first week of December. Hours for the fall semester are from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday and Thursday. Clinic resumes again in January and continues through the month of April. Hours during the spring semester are 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday; and 8 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. on Wednesday. Restorative services are only on Wednesday from 1 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Preliminary Exam: $5
Prophylaxis:
- Adult: $28-$32
- Children 12 & under: $24
Periodontal Scaling & Root Planing: $18-$23 (per quadrant)
Periodontal Maintenance: $34-$38
Pit and Fissure Sealants/Tooth: $14 (per tooth)
X-Rays:
- Bitewings: $10/set of 4; $5/set of 2
Full Mouth X-Rays:
- Adult: $25
- Children: $12/$25
Panographic X-Rays: $25
Flouride Treatment: $5
Other services included with the dental hygiene therapy at no additional fee are: patient education, smoothing and polishing of fillings, and necessary referrals.
Restorative Services and Fees*
From the 3rd week in October through Springs Semester:
Amalgam (Silver) Fillings: $25-$45
Composite (Tooth-colored) Fillings: $32-$50
*Those eligible for Restorative Services include ISU students and employees.
Payment Information
Payment of fees is requested upon initiation of the services that are associated with a fee. If you are an ISU student, we reserve the right to withhold grades or transcripts until payment for services is received. The Dental Hygiene Clinic is recognized by most dental insurance companies. The clinical receptionist is available to assist you in this matter.
Facilities
The ISU Dental Hygiene Clinic, with its 33 fully-equipped operatories and 6 radiography rooms, serves an average of 100 patients per day—approximately 10,000 patient appointments each year. The clinic's advanced technology includes:
- Computerized imagery, including a perioscope
- Digital radiography
- Remote access terminals
- On-line coursework
