Four Idaho State University employees were recognized for their outstanding performance at the first annual ISU Foundation Development Dinner held recently in Pocatello.
William M. Eames, current ISU Foundation Board Member and 1957 alumnus of the ISU College of Pharmacy, sponsored this year’s event. Eames is a strong promoter of recognizing and acknowledging efforts that go beyond the call of duty.
ISU Foundation employees recognized with plaques for their effort in their field of development were:
• William M. Eames Outstanding Mentor in the Field of Development, Pauline Semons Thiros, planned-giving officer;
• Outstanding Development Officer of 2008, K.C. Felt, director of annual giving;
• Outstanding Fundraising Professional, Sally L. Long, director of corporate giving, Boise; and
• Outstanding Performance in Development, Brenda S. Nauman, administrative assistant II.
Five certificates of recognition for the years of service were also awarded to Carla J. Jensen for seven years of service; Thiros, Felt and Sandra D. Mayden, 11 years; and Long, 14 years.
