Idaho State University to host Medieval and Renaissance Conference April 12-14; keynoter is editor of Dictionary of Old English
Idaho State University will host the annual Rocky Mountain Medieval and Renaissance Association Conference (RMMRA) April 12-14, which will include the keynote address "Contested Categories, Anxiety, and Resistance in Early English and Beyond" by Anonette diPaolo Healey, editor of the Dictionary of Old English.
The conference is held annually at universities across the West, and is a venue for scholars and researchers to discuss this fascinating period. (more…)

Idaho State University is continuing its “Be Advised” campaign to encourage students to reap the benefits of good advising prior to registering for fall classes in April.

Idaho State University Anderson Center to host workshop, reading by slam poet Andrea Gibson April 25-26 for National Poetry Month
Award-winning slam poet, activist and performer Andrea Gibson will give a reading performance at 7 p.m. Wednesday, April 25, in the Idaho State University Pond Student Union Quad Lounge.
Gibson will hold a workshop titled "Spoken Word in Action" at 11 a.m. Thursday, April 26, in the Rendezvous Complex, Suites A, B and C. Both public events are free. (more…)

Idaho State University new freshman registration or The Bengal ROAR (Registration: Opportunity for Academic Readiness) will be held April 10, 11 and 13 in Pocatello and April 12 in Idaho Falls.
The Pocatello Bengal ROAR will be held from 8:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. in the Pond Student Union.
