Idaho diabetes and hypertension primary care survey underway statewide

Idaho State University is partnering with the Idaho Department of Health and Welfare (DHW) to conduct a baseline study on primary care providers’ use of team-based care, referral patterns, and electronic health records (EHR) for patients with chronic diseases such as diabetes and hypertension. “Guns on Campus” bill does not take effect until July 1 on ISU campus
