Play ‘Luck and Conincidences’ written by ISU graduate student Kane to be performed Sept. 26-27 at SPAC

Idaho State University graduate student Gabrielle Joan Kane will perform her play “Luck and Coincidences” Sept. 26 and 27.

The show will be performed in the Black Box Theatre at the Stephens Performing Arts Center. Admission is $5. Doors open at 7 p.m., and the show starts at 7:30 p.m. (more…)

Welcome Back Orange and Black location has been changed to Pocatello Red Lion Inn

The location for the Idaho State University Welcome Back Orange and Black celebration has been changed to the Red Lion Inn in Pocatello.

The venue was changed because of inclement weather. The address for the Red Lion Inn is 1555 Pocatello Creek Road.

‘Welcome Back Orange and Black’ bash set Aug. 25 for returning Idaho State University students

Idaho State University students will again have a chance to win a Bengal-painted car and other great prizes, plus enjoy free food, music and a variety of booths and entertainment during the fifth annual “Welcome Back Orange and Black” from 4 to 7 p.m. Aug. 25 in Old Town Pocatello.

The prize drawing will be held at 6 p.m.

“This event has grown every year we’ve held it and is only getting bigger, better and more fun,” said Valorie Watkins, event organizer. “The entire community looks forward to welcoming students back to the Idaho State University Pocatello campus. We have a lot of great prizes for drawings, and this year’s car is beautiful.” (more…)
