- 1. Have an approved Program of Study on file in the Graduate School;
- 2. Have successfully completed the regularly scheduled content courses and the capstone experience for the specific degree, except in instances where summer experiences (e.g., externship, final internship, practicum, etc.) and associated evaluative experiences occur during the summer academic term;
- 3. A written request by the department chair (supported by the student's advisor) and signature approval by the Dean of the Graduate School.
